Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original RODMAN9K™ packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
